Training Experience

As an in-house lawyer at Siemens and Siemens Energy, Ms. Helm already had the task of holding internal training courses. There, she taught the necessity of complying with internal processes in order to either eliminate legal risks in external contracts or to accept them only with internal approval. In her role as a consulting in-house lawyer, Ms. Helm became particularly familiar with the specific needs and challenges of employees, which helped her to understand how to teach effectively in a corporate environment.

She is now a lecturer at the DHBW Heilbronn, where she teaches young, aspiring professionals, helping to prepare them for their future careers.

She also holds training courses in contract and employment law at the Akademie Handel. These teaching assignments in particular allow her to train herself time and again to convey complex knowledge in an understandable and practical way.

Overall, she has gained a wide range of experience in training and teaching. Each of these experiences has given her valuable insights and skills that she can use in her current work.

Ms. Helm looks forward to using this experience in a successful collaboration with you.
